PROPOSIÇÃO DE UM FRAMEWORK TEÓRICO-METODOLÓGICO PARA LABORATÓRIOS VIRTUAIS DE APRENDIZAGEM IMERSIVA NA ENGENHARIA DE PRODUÇÃO

O Ensino de Engenharia de Produção demanda abordagens inovadoras que alinhem a transformação digital à formação para a Indústria 5.0, considerando o perfil das Gerações Z e Alpha e as limitações de laboratórios físicos. Este artigo propõe o framework teórico-metodológico LVIPI 5.0 para a concepção e avaliação de Laboratórios Virtuais Interativos de Processos Industriais. De natureza teórico-conceitual, a metodologia envolveu uma Literatura Sistemática em Engenharia, conduzida nas bases Scopus e Web of Science, com fluxo PRISMA adaptado, que resultou em 160 referências selecionadas a partir de 3.653 identificadas; em seguida, realizou-se a estruturação conceitual e a definição de um protocolo de avaliação heurística com especialistas, no âmbito do paradigma Design Science Research. O framework integra quatro pilares: Metodologias Ativas (abordagem t-LLP), Tecnologias Imersivas, princípios da Indústria 5.0/ODS e perfil das Gerações Z/Alpha. Sua arquitetura tripartite organiza-se em seis Princípios Norteadores, três Dimensões Constitutivas com 14 variáveis operacionais e um Ciclo Metodológico de quatro etapas. A qualidade da base referencial foi atestada por quatro Índices de Qualidade Bibliográfica (IAB: 42,5%; ICE: 28,1%; ICT: 84,6%; IDM: 87,5%). A demonstração de aplicabilidade mediante um cenário pedagógico emblemático, com 91,7% de cobertura dos componentes, confirmou a capacidade do framework de orientar o design de experiências educacionais concretas. Conclui-se que o LVIPI 5.0 estabelece diretrizes viáveis para o desenvolvimento de laboratórios virtuais de nova geração, contribuindo para uma Educação em Engenharia mais alinhada às demandas contemporâneas. Sua principal limitação é a natureza teórico-propositiva, demandando validação empírica futura.
