INTEGRAÇÃO DIDÁTICO-PEDAGÓGICA DAS FERRAMENTAS DE GERENCIAMENTO DE RISCOS EM CADEIAS DE SUPRIMENTOS: REVISÃO DA LITERATURA E IMPLICAÇÕES PARA O ENSINO DE ENGENHARIA

Abstract

Este estudo revisa a literatura dos últimos dez anos para explorar a integração didático-pedagógica das ferramentas de gerenciamento de riscos em cadeias de suprimentos. Dada a crescente complexidade das cadeias globais, o ensino dessas ferramentas é crucial para a formação de engenheiros. Foram analisados 172 dos 285 artigos inicialmente identificados na base de dados Web of Science. A revisão revelou o uso predominante de métodos quantitativos como FMEA e AHP, além do crescente emprego de técnicas de Inteligência Artificial e Blockchain. Esses achados destacam a importância de incorporar essas ferramentas no currículo de engenharia e oferecem uma base para futuras pesquisas sobre sua eficácia educacional.
